Аннотация
Sportchilarda iroda bu – o‘z oldiga qo‘yilgan maqsadlarga erishishda qiyinchiliklarni еngib o‘tishga qaratilgan faoliyati va xulq-atvorini ongli ravishda tashkil qilishi va o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish jarayonidir. Sportchida irodaviy harakatni o‘z ichiga oladigan motivlar hozir va o‘tmishda o‘rin olgan tashqi ta’sirlar natijasi tariqasida, sportchining psixik rivojlanishi jarayonida uning hayot va faoliyat hodisalari bilan faol munosabati natijasida tarkib topadi va yuzaga chiqadi. Iroda asosini sportchining harakatlanishiga sabab bo‘ladigan ehtiyojlarni tashkil etadi. Harakatga undovchi sabab motiv deb aytiladi.
